Just about everyone wants to burn belly fat, and most want to get it done fast. But, how fast can you really burn belly fat and how long will it take to start seeing results?
I am going to go over a few misconceptions around belly fat, and how fast you can realistically see results.

First, you need to realize that belly fat is the hardest to get rid of and is going to take the most work to see drastic results. The body naturally stores extra fat tissue around the stomach to help protect your internal organs. It is the most unprotected part of the body.
Belly Fat is Stubborn Fat
That is why fat around the belly is known as stubborn fat. Your body stores it there for a reason, and it is not willing to let go so easily. That is why you are going to have to work hard to see results.
Now, how fast will you even start to see results?
How Fast Can You See Results?
Well, it varies from person to person, but with a good workout plan and a good diet, you can see results in as little as a week. You should also start feeling better and have more energy. But you are not going to lose all of the fat in that amount of time.
In order to lose it all, you are going to have to work hard for a good 3 to 6 months. I know that sounds like a long time, but in 6 months time you could have lost all of the fat around your stomach and even have a 6 pack. The hard work is well worth it.
You Need to Be Motivated
But, in order to work this hard, you have to be motivated. Find out the real reason you want to get in the best shape of your life. Is it to look good on the beach, to impress men/women, to fit in that wedding dress, to feel good about taking your shirt off, or something else? Just keep asking yourself why until you find your motivation. That will make it much easier to get yourself up each day and work out.
So, Is It Really Possible?
So, is it really possible to burn belly fat fast? My answer to that would be yes. You can burn it fast, but don’t expect to lose all of it fast. Belly fat takes time to lose but you will see results if you stick to it.
Keep at it and never give up. You are worth it.
